Mexican artist, born in Chihuahua, she currently lives in Oaxaca. She studied Visual Arts at the Allende Institute; her work has been exhibited in various venues such as the Museum of Philately in Oaxaca (2013) and international galleries like The Arts House in Singapore (2013).
Emilia Sandoval uses various media such as photography, installation, sculpture and the intervention of objects to create pieces that synthesize the urban processes and organic forms.
To understand her work it is necessary to belong to this time. Both, her work and personal processes, are based on a defined context and personal concerns about the vulnerability of man towards what has gotten out of hand.
